After installation, we provide an inside of the home (walk test.) We will also offer an outside-of-the-home (activation test) in order to make sure that the equipment will function properly in the areas outside the residence. While outside, we will instruct you to depress the emergency responding button, this will either activate or not activate the service. We will repeat this until the equipment has been tested in all of the outside areas that apply to your loved one.
